Since we give you the option to try the software for yourself via demo product (which is the same software with limited functionality), we do not offer a refund over our products.

If you are facing issues with a product, which can be a installation or running issue, or any questions at all, please contact support via email at hello@audiosingularity.com, we will be happy to assist you.

If you got a product and cannot get it to work in your setup, even after our support team has done everything that they could possibly do, we may offer you a refund at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for compatibility issues, which can be verified on the specific product page. This policy is only applicable within the first five days of your purchase. If a refund is issued, it may take several days or even up to a month, depending on your credit card company.
